Terms of Service — Clawbite

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clawbite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clawbite provides AI-powered assistants on Telegram using Anthropic's Claude technology. Each assistant runs in its own isolated cloud container with a dedicated browser, allowing it to browse the web and take actions on your behalf. The Service includes live screen viewing so you can observe your assistant's browser in real time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
One account per person; no sharing accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Harass, spam, or deceive others
Impersonate individuals or organizations
Distribute malware or conduct phishing
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Circumvent usage limits or security measures
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

Free trial: 500 AI credits for a 7-day trial period, no credit card required. After the trial ends, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Pro tier: $30/month for 5,000 AI credits
Max tier: $100/month for 25,000 AI credits
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
Cancel anytime; access continues until period ends
No refunds for partial months
Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Credit Usage

Each message uses AI credits based on the model selected. Different models cost different amounts of credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. When you reach your limit, your assistant will stop responding until the next billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your assistant configurations and system prompts. Clawbite and its technology are owned by us. AI-generated responses are subject to Anthropic's usage policies.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Communications

By using the Service, you agree to receive service-related emails including authentication links, usage alerts, and responses to contact form submissions. We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice via email or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
