Terms of Service — Clawbite

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clawbite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clawbite provides hosted AI agents with their own cloud computers, live browser access, chat surfaces, and API access. Agents can be connected to services such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Slack, and API clients. The Service includes live screen viewing so you can observe an agent's browser in real time.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address
You are responsible for maintaining account security
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
One account per person; no sharing accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Harass, spam, or deceive others
Impersonate individuals or organizations
Distribute malware or conduct phishing
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Circumvent usage limits or security measures
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining, torrenting, or running unauthorized network services
Engage in any activity that degrades the experience for other users or threatens the stability of the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any agent, account, or access immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use violates these terms or poses a risk to the platform, other users, or third parties. No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

5. Subscription and Billing

Free trial: 1,000 AI credits for a 7-day trial period. After the trial ends, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the Service.
Paid tiers available at various price points with higher credit limits
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
Cancel anytime; access continues until period ends
No refunds for partial months
Prices may change with 30 days notice

6. Credit Usage

Each message uses AI credits based on the model selected. Different models cost different amounts of credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. When you reach your limit, your agent may pause until the next billing period or until you upgrade.

7. Storage and Resource Limits

Each AI agent is allocated a reasonable amount of storage for its workspace, browser data, and files. Agents that exceed their storage allocation may be paused until the issue is resolved. Storage is intended for active working use, not for archival or bulk file storage. We reserve the right to adjust storage limits as needed to ensure fair use across the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your agent configurations, system prompts, and workspace data. Clawbite and its technology are owned by us. AI-generated responses are also subject to the usage policies of the model providers you use through the Service.

9. Data Access and Operations

Each AI agent runs in an isolated container environment. While we design for privacy, you acknowledge that we may access your agent's data, configurations, workspace files, and conversation history as necessary for: providing and maintaining the Service, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, performing backups and disaster recovery, enforcing these terms and investigating potential abuse, and complying with legal obligations. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to operate the Service (e.g., AI model providers for processing your messages).

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or any individual AI agent at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violations of these terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or activity that we determine poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your agent data (configurations, workspace files, conversation history) may be deleted after a reasonable retention period. We are not obligated to provide copies of this data after account termination.

13. Communications

By using the Service, you agree to receive service-related emails including authentication links, usage alerts, and responses to contact form submissions. We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with notice via email or the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
