1. Information We Collect

When you use Clawbite, we collect:

  • Account Information: Your email address for authentication
  • Agent Configuration: Connected platform credentials, system prompts, provider settings, and agent preferences
  • Agent Data: Conversation history, workspace files, and browser or session state stored to keep your agent working across sessions
  • Usage Data: Message counts, health signals, and usage statistics used to operate the service and enforce plan limits
  • Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe; we don't store card details
  • Contact Form Submissions: Your name, email, and message when you use our contact form

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Clawbite service
  • To process your subscription and payments
  • To send you service-related emails (login links, usage alerts)
  • To respond to your contact form submissions
  • To monitor usage against your plan limits

3. Message Privacy

Your conversations are private. Each agent runs in its own isolated container with a dedicated cloud computer and browser. Conversation history, workspace files, and browser or session state may be stored within that environment so your agent can keep context between messages and sessions.

Your messages are processed by the AI model you select, either through Clawbite-managed billing or your own provider keys when BYOK is enabled. We do not use your conversations to train Clawbite models. Authorized Clawbite staff may access agent data only when necessary to operate the service, troubleshoot technical issues, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations. The respective provider's usage policies apply to AI processing. We recommend reviewing OpenAI's Privacy Policy, Anthropic's Privacy Policy, and Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Live Screen Viewing

The live screen feature lets you view your agent's browser in real time. Screen access is protected by an authenticated session plus an email verification step. Access is limited to your account and may also be used by authorized Clawbite administrators when needed for support, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, or security response.

5. Data Security

  • Connected platform tokens, provider keys, and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest
  • All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
  • Session tokens are cryptographically signed
  • Database access is restricted and audited

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage statistics are retained for billing purposes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and data
  • Export your data
  • Object to data processing
