1. Information We Collect

When you use Clawbite, we collect:

• Account Information: Your email address for authentication
• Assistant Configuration: Your Telegram bot token (encrypted), system prompts, and settings
• Usage Data: Message counts and usage statistics (not message content)
• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe; we don't store card details
• Contact Form Submissions: Your name, email, and message when you use our contact form

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Clawbite service
• To process your subscription and payments
• To send you service-related emails (login links, usage alerts)
• To respond to your contact form submissions
• To monitor usage against your plan limits

3. Message Privacy

Your conversations are private. Each assistant runs in its own isolated container with a dedicated cloud computer and browser. Conversation history is stored within your assistant's container to maintain context between messages. We access session files only to track credit usage for billing purposes — we never read, analyze, or share your message content.

Your messages are processed by the AI model you select (OpenAI's GPT-5.2 or Anthropic's Claude Opus 4.6). The respective provider's usage policies apply to the AI processing. We recommend reviewing OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

4. Live Screen Viewing

The live screen feature lets you view your assistant's browser in real time. Screen access is protected by a verification code sent to your email. Only authenticated account owners can view their own assistant's screen — no one else, including Clawbite staff, has access to the live view.

5. Data Security

• Telegram bot tokens are encrypted at rest
• All connections use HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Session tokens are cryptographically signed
• Database access is restricted and audited

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage statistics are retained for billing purposes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings page.

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and data
• Export your data
• Object to data processing
